issue 03:
healing
Often, healing is presented is a linear process, as an amalgamation of yoga sessions and quiet walks along the shore. Truthfully, the beautiful aspects of healing are only one part of the entire process. Healing can often be debilitating and painful. In its third issue, Unootha hopes to expand the conversation on what healing is, to present it in all of its nuances, in its beauty and ugliness and everything in between.
Don’t fall into the idea that healing is incessantly beautiful. It isn’t. At times, it can be just as difficult as what you are healing from, and that’s okay. You’ll be okay.
