Maryam Jamal is an artist and designer from the heart of Bahrain. Her inspirations stem from her love for the new and strange, her surroundings and what she surrounds herself with, be it different cultures, fashion, or stories. Known for her penchant for colorful abstractions, lush textures, conceptual experimentation, and depth, every piece is a part of her.

Drawing inspirations from the school of life, she is meticulous and patient as she researches and studies the concepts she chooses tirelessly and carefully before spilling her mind all over the canvas. Maryam’s intent is for the viewer to explore their own intentions, thoughts, and imagination through viewing her work, as it is a continuous process of give and take that fuels her artistic fire.
